P&I were both disgruntled by this:
The drawback of Schulten’s strategy was that it could not simulate the behaviour of smaller molecules significantly faster than it could large ones. “If you have a protein of 500 atoms,” he says, “it’s very difficult to put it on a parallel computer with 5,000 processors.”
That's a fundamental problem with bumping into your message passing overhead for any || system, not a "drawback of Schulten’s strategy," but the article doesn't really make that clear. I'm tempted to write to the eds; whaddaya think?

Would it be better if P wrote it, or you? It should probably be written, but perhaps having little connection to Klaus is best.
